2011 lockout policy

Effective July 4, 2011

We have just as many questions as you about the 2011 NFL season. Is there going to be a season? Are we going to have our fantasy football league? When do we need to order? Etc, etc, etc.

Our lockout policy is designed to give you peace of mind that you won't be wasting your money this year by purchasing a draft kit during the lockout.

We are certain that the NFL will play this season, but just in case they don't, you can rest assured that your money is not wasted when making your purchase at Bruno's.

If the NFL cancels the entire season prior to us shipping your order ...

We will cancel your order and refund your entire purchase, including shipping.

If the NFL cancels the entire season after we ship your order on or before October 1...

We will provide you with 2 options (for custom orders, scroll down for info):

1. Ship the entire order (you pay postage) back to us, and we will refund your entire purchase, not including shipping.
2. For each kit you are claiming, mail the first sheet of unused QB's along with a claim form to be provided later. Keep the rest of your order, and use it next year. We'll send you the labels at no charge in 2012 along with instructions on how to file your claim. NOTE: the labels you send back must be in new condition, and it must be the first page.

If the NFL cancels the entire season on October 2 or later, option #2 will be the only option.

If the NFL cancels any individual games, but still plays any number of games ...

No refund or credit will be given.

How will orders for Custom Draft Boards be treated?

Similar to the policy stated above for Off-The-Shelf draft boards, custom draft boards are treated slightly differently.

Custom and reusable draft boards are not eligible for a complete refund, even if you send it back. Rather, orders for custom draft boards will be given credit for 2012 labels, subject to the following rules:

1. For each kit you are claiming, you must send the 1st sheet of QB's back to us. We will provide you the same style of labels next year at no charge.
2. The NFL must have cancelled the entire season to be eligible.
   

How will accessories such as t-shirts, mugs, koozies, draft board stands be treated?

These products are not eligible for refund or credit, regardless of if/when the NFL cancels the season.

Important dates

You have 1 month from the day that the NFL announces the cancellation to submit your claim. For example, if the NFL cancels the season on Sept 10, your claim must be postmarked by October 10 to be valid. Claims received after 1 month will not be honored.

Can I email the claim?

Sorry, to be eligible for the claim, you must send the required documentation to our physical address, which will be included on the claim form should one be needed.

Final Note: When the lockout does end, we expect to be inundated with orders. We strongly recommend you place your order (especially if it is a custom order) early to avoid problems associated with the flood we will have once the lockout ends.
