RETURNS

If you need to return an item, make sure you contact us ahead of time to make sure the return is acceptable. Please understand that our product has a very limited shelf life, and a returned product often cannot be resold during that season. If the reason for the return is our fault, we'll accept returns during that season and will provide a refund. We must receive the return before the start of the season.

If the reason for the return is not our fault, we will accept returns subject to the following:

If we receive the return with at least 14 days left before the season's first game, we will credit your account the total price paid less shipping. 

If we receive the return with less than 14 days before the season's first game, we will credit your account for 50% of the product cost, less shipping. For example, we would give you a credit of $16.50 ($33 x 50%) if we received the return with 7 days remaining before the first game.

Bruno's does not pay for shipping on returns

Refunds will not be given on returns received after the start of the season. Store credit will be given. Returns received more than 10 days after the start of the season will be solely up to the discretion of Bruno's.

In all cases, you must advise us before you send a return. The date we receive the return is not the same as the day you ship it back to us.  Please allow for time in transit.  We reserve the right to deny returns if these procedures are not followed.
